- $20 – Middletown, Odessa, Townsend. Schedule your appointment below.
- $40 – Other areas within New Castle County. Call or text to book an appointment.
Notary Fee:
- There are no cost for notarizations

- State-issued driver’s license
- State-issued ID card
- U.S. Passport

- Certificate of U.S.citizenship
- Certificate of naturalization
- Unexpired foreign passport
- Alien registration card w/photographs
