Refund Status Center

Once you file your return with Credit Prime Tax, you can check your status in 24-48 hours to ensure acceptance. Of corse, we’ll notify you if your return has been accepted as well. 

Once your Federal and/or State return has been accepted, you will be able to check your status with the IRS or State once they have processed your return. Processing times may vary.

For our Pay-By-Refund clients, EPS Financial, our bank partner, will deduct your tax prep fees from your federal refund and send you the remainder once your refund is released by the IRS.
